Sirish B C is a self-taught freelance photographer from Kathmandu, Nepal. He has been taking photographs with digital SLR cameras since December 2004. Primarily, he is a travel photographer, so most of his photo-taking sessions are on travel. These photos could involve landscapes, cityscapes, landmarks, events, portraits, or anything interesting that comes his way whilst travelling. He loves to freeze interesting moments through his lens while traveling. Sometimes he also does photo walks in his city. He has won national and international awards, and his photos have been in collective exhibitions. His photos have been published on various platforms. His photographs are being extensively used for tourism promotional collateral produced by Nepal Tourism Board and many other organizations for national and international tourism promotion. He loves traveling and photography the most.

The faces of ordinary and marginalized (but very special in so many ways) people taken in various places in India and Nepal display various aspects of humanity. These portraits portray their qualities to cope with adversity with sheer courage, love, strength, determination, and persistence.
