In the years 2019 to 2021, tens of thousands of migratory birds died in a wetland in the north of Iran. This is a series of searches by environmentalists to collect and bury the birds to prevent viral diseases, global warming, lack of water and drought, and the presence of botulism in the wetland are known causes of bird death.
The Miankale wetland is drying up, and the death of the wetland is equal to the death of us humans.
I have been intensively photographing the wetland for five years, and I have witnessed both glorious and bad days in the wetland, and I am still busy recording and photographing this wetland.
